Custom ICF Residential Building

The Ridgemoor project is a 7,000 SF 3-story single family residence building which is constructed with Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) in a hillside lot in San Diego. The building has big window and door openings with large decks to maximize the building ocean view. GSC Engineering has been selected as the consultant to provide engineering services to deliver full structural design package and get approval from the city of San Diego Building Department.
