Automated Parking Stacker

The Teale street parking stacker project is a Four (4) level parking lift for storing cars vertically. The stacker structure is steel moment frame with a strong beam at the top of the structure. The parking stacker is being installed on liquefiable soil that need a special footing to support the structure. GSC Engineering was hired to furnish engineering services for the structure and the foundation. We prepared permit and construction drawings to be submitted to the City of Los Angeles.
